How many of us have a YOUnique value proposition of ourselves as individuals?
Here’s how to make one:
1. What specific problem(s) do you help address? For whom?
2. How are you adding value to whatever you do?
3. State it as ”I help ’A’, to ’B’ through ’C’.” A = your target audience; B = product / solution / offering; C = how you do it (your YOUnique way).
Do not wait for the company to get in trouble.
Imagine what you would do in your position if you were to start anew.
If this were your first day, what would do different, or more of or less of?
