There are numerous queries arising as to whether Twitter is entitled to safe harbour provision. However, the simple fact of the matter is that Twitter has failed to comply with the Intermediary Guidelines that came into effect from the 26th of May. Further, it was given multiple opportunities to comply with the same, however it has deliberately chosen the path of non compliance.(1/7)

Ji Indian government must ban twitter and other apps who are spreading hatredness in our own land. Also we have very efficient and skillful graduates who can develop our own apps to replace them. It is a right time to act for our country ‘s safety..also it is must.

So what..... what Govt of India would do to Twitter, noting ...... but shouting and cribbing in social media platform (only in Koo). Twitter knows very well that you guys don‘t have guts to do take any action. And the sad part is that the ruling party ministers with full majority in house could not do anything to this one after all SM platform who came to India for business. Its really pathetic..

But why are we so afraid of blocking Twitter? Why we are giving warning after warnings rather than blocking it. Right now Twitter believes India can‘t block them and your warnings from past many weeks affirm their belief. Many countries have blocked them why are we only afraid of Twitter?

Twitter has been given too much importance, despite of inciting so many communal riots like Delhi Riot ,farmers protest , CAA NRC riot , Raising fake human rights issues in J&k to driving fake political agendas many more … Indian Govt has been too lenient in dealing with Twitter & the result has been loss of many more innocent lives & peace disruption in our country But Better late than Never 👏

What is the final stand and what is stopping Govt to fine or ban Twitter? Especially when they have not complied to the rule of the land as per the given deadline. Despite it‘s open challenge to your Govt. The Govt seems still in confusion in taking Action against it‘s acts. Even a Small Country like Nigeria had guts to Suspend Twitter. Hope you don‘t show your weakness anymore. Stop crying 😢
