Have Food Healthy Food 🙂 Those days is very difficult to keep yourself healthy becoz Now all the food have made with chemical poison. But still we have to be careful, avoid such fast food, have some green food (vagitable), Atleast 3 days in a week. Avoid chicken, motton, try to have fish maximum time. Fish have so much protin, calories and much more. #worldfoodday
